KRISTIAN LEE - SENIOR ASSOCIATE

An expert on the art of canvassing, Kristian is Alter 360's "boots on the ground", logging hundreds of hours every month meeting with prospective tenants and brokers and touring properties. He has quickly become one of the area's most energetic and visible brokers, helping to create and execute bold marketing and leasing programs and representing prominent building owners and tenants throughout the region. Kristian also runs the “war room” at Alter 360’s offices where he helps to coordinate marketing collateral, special broker promotions, eblasts, social media campaigns and extensive reports to our clients on new activity.
